- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
- Legality: Sellers must ensure they have the legal right to sell the vehicle and that all documentation (RC, Insurance, NOC) is valid.
3. Listings and Transactions
- Content: Carloh reserves the right to remove any listing that is deemed fraudulent, inaccurate, or in violation of our community standards.
- Negotiations: All price negotiations and final sales take place directly between the buyer and the seller. Carloh is not a party to the sale contract.
- Verification: While we strive to maintain a high-quality marketplace, buyers are strongly encouraged to physically inspect vehicles and verify documentation before making any payments.
4. Fees and Payments
- Platform Fees: Carloh may charge fees for premium listings or featured placements. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Transaction Safety: We recommend all financial transactions be conducted through secure, traceable methods. Carloh is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from private transactions between users.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carloh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Mechanical failures of vehicles purchased via the platform.
- Misrepresentations made by sellers or buyers.
- Issues arising from the transfer of vehicle ownership (RTO processes).
6. User Content
By posting photos or descriptions on Carloh, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes.
